Our client is a leading service provider with a strong presence and track record in Hong Kong. They are looking for an experienced Sales Director with a proven track record in services sales, particularly within the financial services or government/public sector. This individual contributor role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to drive sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services or government sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare and present sales proposals and contract negotiations. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Minimum of 12 years of working experience, of which at least 5 years experiences in sales, with a focus on services sales with at least HKD 10M annual target, and consistently achieving it. Proven experience in the financial services or government/public sector. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
