Responsibilities
Handle
180-degree recruitment
, including candidate sourcing, screening, managing candidate expectations, and presenting suitable candidates throughout the hiring process
Proactively identify both active and passive talent using LinkedIn, job boards, candidate databases, advanced Boolean searches, and referrals.
Reach out to potential candidates via phone, LinkedIn, and email, conducting initial video pre-interviews to assess fit.
Prepare polished candidate profiles and shortlists, ensuring high-quality submissions for our clients.
Perform market mapping and competitor research to gain insights and build talent pipelines for key accounts.
Understand candidates' career goals and nurture long-term relationships to align them with the right opportunities.
Consistently meet and exceed performance targets in a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Professional proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is a must
2-3+ years of experience in a Recruitment Agency or Staffing Firm
Positive, proactive, and energetic attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
