Our client is a Public Utility Company, urgently looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing HCM systems. Job Duties Manage IT projects to deliver solutions to business users on time and within budget. Oversee the SDLC (waterfall and agile) including business analysis, requirements analysis, solution analysis, system design, prototyping, testing, deployment, quality assurance, documentation, training, maintenance, and support. Manage users, vendors, and offshore development centers for system delivery. Ensure compliance with project governance, quality requirements, audits, policies, and standards. Plan, budget, control variances for projects, and report to management in a timely manner. Lead and manage project teams for service delivery. Job Requirements Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent. At least 10 years of relevant IT experience, with 3+ years in project management. Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder/vendor management skills. Essential skills in people and vendor management. Professional IT qualification is preferred (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master). Experience in project management of HCM systems. Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, or SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage. Strong teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
