Responsibilities:
Manage all e-distribution channels, ensuring accurate content, rates, and availability. Monitor performance metrics and optimise property listings and reviews. Develop and implement revenue management strategies based on market analysis and best practices. Design promotional offers for online sales channels, focusing on OTAs. Prepare reports and analyse segment and channel performance to identify revenue growth opportunities. Collaborate with hotel teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Provide training and support on e-distribution tools and online sales platforms. Job Requirements:
4+ years of experience in reservations, revenue management, or e-commerce within the hotel industry or at OTAs. Strong knowledge of PMS, channel managers, and revenue management systems. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese Word Processing. Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken). Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Revenue and Distribution Manager position.
