We are looking for an exceptional Senior Account Executive who is going to help lead our global asset management accounts. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a vital role in planning and buying across all media channels, but primarily digital. You should be passionate about both media and technology, digitally fluent, understanding the complexities of a fragmented media landscape and how best to deliver success. You will work together with a team to develop and execute outstanding integrated media strategies and programs. Role and Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, including media planning, implementation, and performance analysis (online and offline media). Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client campaigns. Build strong, trusted relationships and understand client business objectives, challenges, and industry trends. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients. Assist in the development of comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with client goals. Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and success metrics for campaigns. Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are delivered within budgetary constraints. Partner with internal teams including creative, media, technology, and analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution. Provide clear direction and guidance to team members. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media and technology advertising. Apply insights to enhance client strategies. As an Ideal candidate you would have: 1+ years of experience working in a similar media buying / planning role or relevant advertising industry experience Experience running digital campaigns across programmatic, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other social channels in Asian markets An interest and passion in analyzing your campaigns and pushing for the best outcome. Knowledge of all forms of traditional media, a deep expertise in digital media, including digital ad trafficking is preferred Awareness of media trends and a flair for business and commerce. Ability to recognize good media opportunities and the ability to develop new ideas/concepts. Excellent negotiation and good interpersonal skills. Persuasive and diplomatic. Eagerness to work alongside a range of people and as an integral part of a team. Willingness to train new employees on internal tools and processes. Confidence presenting, with good written and spoken communication skills. Demonstrable ability to make sensible, intelligent decisions in difficult and deadline driven situations. A passionate approach to tasks with a can-do attitude – committed to upholding professional standards while being flexible and self-motivated. Experience in an agency or working in marketing / for a publisher is essential A strong analytical and positive mind-set Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills Excellent command in Microsoft Office, Google Marketing Platform and Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
