- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and comments for run event
- Train and coach Event Hotline Representatives
- Supervise Special Event Hotline Representatives and oversee hotline operations
- Handle escalated runner complaints and inquiries with professionalism
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the event hotline
- Monitor event hotline performance and productivity, analyzing call center metrics and guest feedback to drive improvements
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua is an advantage
- Ability to present a professional image while ensuring guest privacy
- Strong problem-solving, reasoning, and organizational skills
- Full-time availability to work from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 6:00 PM (excluding redemption periods and race day support)
- Previous work experience in the customer service industry
- Familiar with computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
