Lead talent or training projects from conception to completion, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management to ensure successful delivery. Lead the execution of talent review and the succession planning process, able to identify high-potential employees, and develop talent pools for key positions. Collaborate with HR business partners of the corporate office and business units to identify key talent needs and create individual development plans. Design, implement and manage comprehensive leadership development programs, including training initiatives, related logistics and administration. Monitor and analyze talent metrics and trends, prepare detailed reports for management that highlight areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent management, and introduce innovative approaches to enhance leadership development initiatives. Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) in support of talent and development programs, ensuring quality and consistency in delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification in training and development is a plus. 10+ years of experience in the area of talent management, succession planning, and leadership development in a corporate office or large corporation. Demonstrated experience and success in the design, development, and implementation of talent management and leadership development programs. Demonstrated experience in leading training projects, including planning, executing, and evaluating training initiatives effectively. Highly developed facilitation skills and strong project management skills. Strong influencing/consulting and collaboration skills that are required to nurture relationships, promote new ideas, and achieve buy-in. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret talent data and make strategic recommendations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in managing top-notch vendors is preferable. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Willing to travel to Mainland China to various subsidiary companies. Seniority level:
