Job Duties Prepare and update BIM models as advised by engineers and perform rendering or animation as required Attend and assist in project coordination meetings Coordinate with internal team to follow up client’s request and ensure that deliverables are submitted on time Assist in development of BIM standard and templates Exchange the information through various Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms with project stakeholders Perform ad hoc duties as assigned Assist the deliverables on as-built stage Job Requirements Holder of higher diploma or above in Building Services, Architecture or any related discipline Good knowledge of Auto CAD, Revit or Navisworks, with practical experience in using BIM software highly preferred Familiarity with 4 D & 5 D will be a definite advantage Experience on as-built stage will be an advantage Minimum 1 year working experience Strong time management and problem-solving skills Committed to achieving targets Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure Excellent inter-personal communication skills Good command of English and Chinese Membership of CIC of Certified BIM Coordinator or Associate member of HKIBIM or equivalent qualification will be an advantage Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior BIM Modeller Work location: Tung Chung Please send an application letter with the quoted reference number, a detailed CV with present and expected salary, date available, and a copy of job reference letters to The Human Resources Department through Apply Now.
