Partner with Legal and Compliance Divisions to establish tailored procedures for wealth management activities. Develop and assess guidelines for wealth management sales activities to ensure alignment with internal and regulatory standards. Coordinate with IT to enhance the Bank’s system for wealth management activities. Provide frontline staff with timely regulatory updates and guidance. Evaluate credit proposals and offer advice to branches to ensure compliance with Risk Management mandates. Support special business projects assigned by leadership. Manage Branch Support operations to deliver efficient support across all distribution channels. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher educational qualification. Possession of HKSI & IIQE credentials is advantageous. At least 5 years of experience in wealth management and premium financing is preferred. Sales background in wealth management is a beneficial asset. Demonstrated strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management. In-depth understanding of Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations. Excellent communication and team management capabilities. Fluency in English and Mandarin languages.
