Role Overview
The Head of Sales will lead and execute sales strategies to drive growth in either Taiwan, Singapore, or Malaysia. This role is critical to Partipost’s hyper-growth program, ensuring both client acquisition and retention while overseeing the integrated sales and client account management functions. The Head of Sales will lead high-performing teams, deepen client relationships, and execute initiatives to meet ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement a robust sales strategy for the cluster, focusing on both client acquisition and retention on key accounts.
Drive revenue growth by identifying and onboarding high-potential brands, educating them on Partipost’s influencer marketing solutions.
Set aggressive sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective measures to exceed cluster revenue goals.
Client Account Management & Experience
Lead the integrated sales and account management team, ensuring seamless client handovers from initial contact to campaign execution.
Oversee client-facing account managers to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Serve as a point of escalation for major accounts, supporting team members in addressing complex client needs and ensuring outstanding service.
Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative, client-first culture across the cluster.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to sales and account management staff, enabling them to excel in client acquisition and relationship management.
Set clear KPIs for team members, creating accountability and driving individual and team growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on campaign fulfillment, influencer recruitment, and brand positioning.
Ensure smooth communication and alignment between the sales and marketing teams to enhance client and influencer experiences.
Act as a key liaison between regional leadership and the cluster team, communicating market insights, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 8 years in sales leadership, with a proven track record in high-growth companies or the influencer marketing/advertising industry.
Leadership Skills : Demonstrated success in building, leading, and inspiring high-performing sales teams.
Client-Focused : Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to manage complex accounts and drive client satisfaction.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking : Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and developing strategies that align with company goals.
