Develop the retail product strategy and functional features to improve customer experience and meet growth targets, leveraging insights from market research and customer data Familiar with the retail banking products, customer needs and competitor landscape e.g. deposit, FX, transfer, remittance, payment, etc. As the product owner, lead across departments to implement digital transformation projects to build technology and operation infrastructure throughout the product development cycle Work closely with regulatory bodies and internal risk/compliance functions to ensure comprehensive compliance and risk management Manage daily operations and set up policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation and compliance with relevant rules and regulations Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management in the banking industry in HK Proficient in digital transformation and innovative product engineering Strong understanding of banking regulatory frameworks, particularly in dealing with regulators Strong problem-solving ability; analytical and critical thinking Open-minded; team player; willing to challenge status quo and run the extra mile Strong business sense; good communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese Seniority Level:
