Responsibilities:• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and sales quotations• Assist sales to issue or discuss cost reports and invoices to clients• Attend to clients’ calls and requests and follow up with clients for job-related matters• Liaise with other teams on billing issues, printing schedules and cost calculations• Maintain and update the client database records Qualifications:• University graduate or tertiary educated background• 2 to 3 years working experience• Proficient in MS Office applications• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must• Attention to details, preferably good at mathematics calculations• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and willing to work overtime• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player
