Position Overview: The Business Development Manager for the Nauru Program Office will lead efforts to expand the organization's agent network, drive business growth, and enhance market presence in Asia. This role involves agent support, training, strategic collaboration, and event representation, with a focus on fostering strong partnerships and market penetration. Key Responsibilities: Agent Support and Business Development Expand and nurture a network of agents and intermediaries, identifying new business opportunities. Enhance agents’ marketing and development efforts by providing resources and guidance. Serve as the main point of contact, fostering productive, growth-oriented relationships with agents. Training and Development Conduct in-person visits and deliver training on best practices in marketing and business development. Organize workshops on communication, branding, and strategic market positioning. Coach agents on relationship management, client engagement, and sales techniques. Event Representation Represent the organization at agent-hosted webinars, conferences, and industry events. Act as a spokesperson, promoting the company’s values and strengthening brand visibility. Strategy and Market Growth Collaborate with the central marketing team to align local initiatives with corporate strategies. Develop and execute localized marketing plans to maximize market penetration. Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to support agents’ competitiveness. Relationship Building and Travel Travel extensively to meet agents, fostering strong connections and offering ongoing support. Build trusted partnerships with agents as a key advisor for marketing and business growth initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role, ideally within a multinational environment. Proven success in building and managing partner networks, with a strong track record in business development. Experience in the residence and citizenship by investment industry (preferred). Familiarity with Asian markets is essential. Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Proficiency in additional languages (preferred). Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively across Asia. Professional appearance with a strong presence at events and meetings.
