Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical resources onshore and offshore to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate development efforts and system integrations, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Drive stakeholder engagement to gather and refine user requirements, ensuring these are accurately translated into technical specifications. Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within the financial services industry. Strong background in managing technical resources for development and system integration projects. Experience with pension-related systems is highly desirable. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
