This prolific group is now seeking a Head Chef for their vibrant new restaurant in a historic landmark at the heart of the city. The Head Chef will lead a Michelin-star level kitchen and team to achieve and uphold excellence in all areas of the restaurant operation and business. Responsibilities include: attracting, recruiting, and, hiring top culinary talent, cultivating a positive, productive work environment, working closely with the Group Executive Chef to create and develop enticing dishes that are true to the cuisine, training the team on recipes and dish execution, working with the FOH team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ensuring smooth and profitable daily operation of the kitchen. We seek a culinary leader with: 8+ years of experience working with a variety of Indian cuisines in reputable/Michelin-starred restaurants, a desire to exercise creativity without ego, drawing from personal and professional experiences to share knowledge and contribute to the team and restaurant, the desire and ability to inspire and motivate, a genuine interest in the growth and development of others, the financial and business acumen to manage costs effectively and form strategies that result in profitable outcomes long-term.
