I am seeking an experienced M365 support analyst to collaborate with me on various support assignments. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and expertise in SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Additional proficiency with CoPilot within the M365 platform would be a valuable bonus. In this role, the analyst will remotely access client laptops to perform tasks such as running antivirus scans, backing up files, and organizing SharePoint files for small businesses. I am also looking for someone who can bring creative ideas to attract new customers and contribute to growing my business.
