Our client is a leading Asset Management firm in Hong Kong seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join their team. This key leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence and support business growth in a dynamic financial environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of approximately 20+ professionals Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to facilitate successful product launches Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance Develop and implement strategic operational initiatives Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and service providers Establish and maintain robust operational controls and risk management frameworks Oversee NAV calculations, daily cash management, and position reconciliation Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and systems Provide strategic input on new business initiatives and product development Requirements: Seasoned leader in the asset management operations arena Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a large team Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field In-depth knowledge of asset management operations, including fund administration, trade processing, and reconciliation Desired Skills: Experience with operational risk management and compliance Knowledge of industry-standard software and systems Proven track record in implementing operational efficiencies and cost-saving measures Experience in managing relationships with external service providers and custodians Strategic thinking and ability to align operations with business objectives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization This role offers a competitive salary package and excellent career progression opportunities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
