Project Manager / Product Executive (IT / Audio Visual products) - IC Client Description Fast-growing IT & network service solutions provider Job Description Project Manager (IT / Audio Visual products) Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager / Project Executive. Responsibilities Support the delivery of technology projects to customers in Hong Kong. Engage in IT projects and work with the related stakeholders to successfully complete the project in a timely and effective manner. Evaluate technology, customer and market trends to proactively identify market demand to maximize profitability and capture new revenue sources. Assist to plan, develop and manage new product and service rollout to ensure go-to-market, including service delivery and support in workflow, service provisioning, operations, management & maintenance, customer service, billing, sales and pre-sales, operations staff training, etc. Effectively manage product roadmap lifecycle and strategies on priority, executive direction, pricing, product promotion, positioning, and product profitability from product perspective. Regularly manage and liaise with different parties to maintain good product support in order to provide high service quality standards and customer satisfaction. Accountable for product management, development and strategies formulation for communication solutions, from idea generation to product commercialization. Job Requirements Project Manager (IT / Audio Visual products) Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a Project or Project Management role. Attendance of project meetings, taking of minutes and driving of action items. Experience on site and coordinating with client, contractors and project stakeholders. Knowledge in IT / AV or Network will be a plus. Proficiency in written & spoken English. Conduct day-to-day project progress tracking, status updates and coordination as required. Create and maintain project schedules, identify activities, sequences, dependencies and associated resource requirements for project milestones. Define, communicate and monitor quality standards for all project deliverables. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including research institutes, universities and other companies on assigned projects. Provide comprehensive support to project documentation, plans and reports. Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Additional Requirements Bachelor degree holder of Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related disciplines. 1-2 years of product management and sales/marketing experience. Experience in IT / AV / Workplace projects; having product and industry knowledge in Audio-Visual systems, LED walls, public address, intercom, smart control of building/office will be an advantage. Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous and result-oriented. Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
