Working onsite with Alumni’s client in the role of development lead to work closely with Business Analyst on addressing solution and/or functional designs. Lead a development team in frontend web and/or backend API development, and subsequent project cycle. Oversee and perform quality control, including code review and analysis. Prepare technical specifications, software test plan, perform debugging and performance optimization with the team. Drive the development team to manage low-code platform applications development, workflow development, reporting, and configuration. Manage the low-code platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines. At least 10 years of experience in IT development industry, ideally with existing consulting experience. Experience with OutSystems and relevant certification from OutSystems, .Net, RESTful API. Familiar with UIPath, IIS and/or MSSQL is a plus. Project management certification, PMP, is a plus, as well as experience with agile development approach and knowledge in web technology. Willing to learn and keep in pace with the latest and emerging technologies. Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Self-motivated and innovative with good analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Seniority level
