Analyze the ecosystem and competition in the global transmission industry, build product positioning and vision, propose business plans that match the business pace, and output mature and reusable methodologies. Improve the core competence of products, capable to lead product development and optimization, output executable optimization strategies, and establish related process documents and knowledge base. Coordinate the costing of products, optimizing the cost model, output price adjustment proposals, cooperate with the Marketing to formulate marketing strategies, and implement regular profit analysis of transmission business. Provide product support for presale solution managers and projects, including profit assessment, customer support, project bidding, etc., cooperate to provide effective solutions, and lead global business guidance and training. Implement operation analysis of products, collecting and analyzing user feedback, constantly improving user experience, and formulating product iteration plan. Handle or participate in other ad hoc projects assigned by leaders. Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Technology, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines. 3-5 years’ relevant experience, product/pre-sales solution/project management experience in the global telecom industry is preferred. Familiar with network technology knowledge, experience in telecom carrier products is preferred, such as IPVPN, MPLS, IEPL, MSTP, WDM, SDH, PTN/OTN. Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work independently, think creatively and solve problems effectively. Ability to communicate proficiently with sales and technical experts from different regions, coordinate global resources and provide solutions. Proficient in the use of MS Office software, including Visio, Word, Excel, PPT, etc. Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin & English.
