Process Re-engineering Manager (Manufacturing)We are looking for a Process Re-engineering Manager to join our client in the manufacturing sector. Job Descriptions: Creating and implementing operational frameworks and guidelines for seamless collaboration between various teams, including Compliance and Risk Management. Leading projects to enhance operational flows, which includes defining user requirements, executing UAT, and preparing for rollouts. Managing production documentation by writing, updating, and re-engineering manuals and procedures. Organizing staff meetings to discuss compliance, operations, and policy updates. Providing training and guidance to ensure effective communication of processes to all staff. Monitoring and resolving issues raised by Audit, Compliance, and Quality Assurance teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.6 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably in a leadership role. Strong communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification is a plus. Willingness to travel frequently in China and Southeast Asia.
