Handle incoming calls from customer hotline Identify customer needs and provide quality services Provide administrative support in Call Centre Maintain day to day operation and functions of the EV Charging Network Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints Handle telephone enquiries and complaints Good communication and interpersonal skills Work Schedule
Shift: 13:00 pm to 23:00 pm (5 days work). Shift work on Sat/Sun/Holidays may be required. Availability
