Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top technology talent. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Job Posting: Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates. Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and managing candidate documentation. What you'll need to succeed
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
