Key Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap:
Architect the target state and long‑term technology roadmap, ensuring all designs meet business goals and local insurance compliance standards.
Enterprise Governance:
Apply EA frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman) to guide business improvements and maintain high‑standard IT ecosystems.
High‑Level Leadership:
Direct and mentor a dedicated team of architects, cultivating an innovative and high‑performance culture.
Stakeholder Advisory:
Serve as a bridge between business and IT leadership to communicate the state of the technological landscape.
Cross‑Functional Synergy:
Partner with engineering, delivery, and data governance units to deploy resilient, market‑leading solutions.
Innovation Research:
Act as a champion for emerging tech (AI, Blockchain) to drive operational efficiency and better customer outcomes.
Risk Management:
Detect and mitigate architectural risks to safeguard IT system integrity.
Requirements
Experience:
15+ years in architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in an Enterprise Architect capacity.
Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of TOGAF/Zachman, system integration, API management, microservices (SOA/EDA), and full‑stack environments (Java, Python, JS).
Domain Knowledge:
Extensive background in the insurance industry with a strong grasp of data architecture and cybersecurity.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related technical field.
