Responsibilities: Participate in various life system projects, managing project quality and delivery. Drive business requirement discussions and collaboration with key operation users to conduct feasibility analysis and determine cost & benefits. Liaise closely with operation users, BA, and IT teams to set project milestones, ensure effective delivery of solutions, and timely resolution of disputes. Develop a deep understanding of the business & system and actively contribute to future business. Prepare management reports and data analysis. Requirements: Bachelor Degree holder with minimum 5 years of life insurance experience in system development projects. Good team player, self-motivated, and independent. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and strong communication skills with different levels. Good command of both written and spoken English.
