Responsibilities: Achieve the goals and provide professional customer service to asset custody clients Lead a team to deliver client on-boarding services and handle all relevant agreements or documents before execution Liaise with Business Units, establish and implement procedures manuals, workflows and control measures related to asset custody services Communicate with third parties such as investment managers, banks, sub-custodians, lawyers and etc in order to provide high quality custody services Participate on product development project Perform ad-hoc project and assignment when required Requirements: Degree holder or above with major in Law, Finance, Economics, Business or Banking related discipline or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with PMP certification is preferable Preferably minimum 8 years experiences in global custody and banking industry Familiar with custodian business with good knowledge on KYC, FATCA & CRS related matters Strong leadership, analytical, and excellent communication skills Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, WPS etc.), VBA Macro skill is an advantage Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must ECF achievement is the definite advantage Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Custody Administration Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
