Involve in new investment development projects and investment program valuation on real estate business coverage in the UK, Australia, and Mainland (Beijing, Shanghai). Sales and marketing of real estate assets portfolios and investment properties including commercial and residential properties. Source and propose new real estate portfolio of large-scale property and premises asset management for the Group’s shop branches, shopping malls, A-grade office towers, commercial buildings, residential buildings, and luxurious residential buildings. Maximize the Group’s profit and enhance market share from real estate investment activities. Job Requirements
University degree in Property / Real Estate Management or related discipline with Professional Qualification. 3 years' solid experience in Overseas Real Estate Business. Familiar with regulations in Hong Kong and Overseas Real Estate Regulatory. Good initiatives and pro-active on well management and operation planning. Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua.
