About this role......

• Assist in update website content in adherence to standard templates, making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency and meet scheduled deadlines.
• Generate monthly summaries and reports on content uploads, providing administrative support through record maintenance and custom report creation for data-driven insights.
• Manage and support day to day activities on loyalty program’s set up and operations.
• Works effectively and independently with the clients and the third parties on the daily operations and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Ongoing relationship management with partners, clients and internal teams.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

You might fit for the role if you have......

• Degree in business administration or related discipline with at least 1 year working experience
• Background in the field of client focus position, or experience in agency account servicing will be an added advantage
• Detail-minded, proactive, can-do attitude, and excellent in analytic and problem-solving skills
• Good time management, project management and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Immediately available or short notice is an advantage
