Enhance guest experience and engagement in order to build long-term good relationships with hotel guests. Maximize on-day rooms' revenue by achieving higher occupancy and/or average daily rates. Effective people management by coaching the team and leading as a role model. Effective handling of crisis management. Ensure efficient operations in accordance with the hotel policies and compliance requirements. Work Experience & Qualifications University graduate in Hotel Management. Over 15 years of relevant experience in medium-to-large scale hotel operations with at least 5 years in the same capacity. An innovative leader who can drive changes and apply new ways for operational efficiency. Able to demonstrate excellent time management and decision-making skills. Possess a strong sense of urgency and experience in handling emergencies and critical situations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve the set KPIs.
