Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the operational risk management policy and action plan. Develop & review policies, guidelines, processes, and procedures related to operational risk management. Facilitate the operational risk assessment process and monitor key risk indicators for the bank. Conduct RSCA, control testing, and the effectiveness of remediation actions within the first line of defense to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks. Perform operational risk assessment for new product launches, outsourcing strategies, and ongoing testing of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in operational risk management, with a solid understanding of HKMA regulatory requirements. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
