We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate, Chief of Staff Office, International Wealth & Premier Banking.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials for the executive team to ensure informed decision-making and effective communication
  • Assist in the planning and organisation of roadshows and country visits, crafting thoughtful itineraries that align with strategic priorities and optimize impact
  • Track required regulatory filings with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring adherence to filing commitments
  • Drive team administration by implementing processes that improve efficiency and maintain high standards of organisation
  • Management of key actions arising from governed and ungoverned meetings
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the Chief of Staff, ensuring successful completion and alignment with strategic goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Exposure to client-facing / business management positions will be an asset
  • Experience or exposure to International Wealth and Private Banking (IWPB) will be an asset
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to operate with a high level of discretion
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications
