Manage the IT development and project management team and ensuring the success of project delivery and smoothness of IT operation. Establish/Standardise IT policy and procedure to ensure robust operation of the office, drive application support process and meet the SLA, and adapt to group IT standard and policy. Manage a team of IT support to provide Help Desk to support staff on hardware/software provisioning, IT inquiries/problems, and office IT infrastructure. Manage IT budgets to assess technological performance and ROI. Uplift and up-skill the team, providing coaching and mentoring. Manage Project Management Team to coordinate with vendors, offshore resources, and vendor contact reviews. Job Requirements
University Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum 8 years relevant experience in multiple IT leadership positions. Working experience in a MNC with matrix management style. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills. Good understanding of Infrastructure on Cloud technology, especially AWS and Google. Solid experience in Agile Project Management Methodology. Solid experience in architecture and system design methodology, e.g., API Service. Good understanding of software architecture, e.g., OOP, functional. Able to understand business needs and transform them into technical solutions. ‘Can Do’ attitude with strong customer focus.
