Job Description - Officer, Hub Development (240748) This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 1.5 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance. Responsibilities: Collaborate with airlines and tourism partners for seasonal sales campaigns and establish long-term partnerships Maintain proactive communication and follow up on collaboration initiatives with respective business partners Define user requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements within HKAirportShop.com Update product information and associated terms and conditions, monitor product inventory and manage fulfilment status on HKAirportShop.com Generate sales reports and provide regular updates on performance metrics to management and business partner Address customer inquiries and provide support as necessary Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Marketing, or other related disciplines Minimum 1 year of experience in the airport, airline, travel, hospitality, or other related industries Knowledge and experience in hospitality industry, travel product sales and distribution, as well as planning and executing marketing campaigns, are preferred Strong team player with excellent coordination, planning, and organizational skills, demonstrating high integrity Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing, with exceptional PowerPoint skills Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (i.e. Cantonese & Putonghua)
