To grow and lead the sales and operations department and identify business and operation improvement areas. To prepare process improvement proposals with details of process, feasibility study, cost, timeline, etc. Streamline processing tasks and identify opportunities to save costs and eliminate non-value-added activities. To drive new sales administration concepts and understanding of new customer service methodologies. To review ongoing improvement projects and discuss the results and feedback with the other team. Job Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration or related field. Understands sales administration and customer service functions. Minimum 5 years’ experience in operation management and business development. Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
