Director, HRBP We are representing a leading manufacturer to look for a Director, HRBP to play a key role in their Corporate office in Hong Kong. Directly report to Business Unit Leader, the individual contributor will be expected to: Contribute to the company's business plan development Design an effective HR structure with clear role definitions and competency requirements that align with recruitment and workforce planning. Prepare and obtain approval for the HR budget in accordance with business strategies. Develop, maintain, and communicate essential HR policies and procedures. Implement performance monitoring systems and KPIs to drive continuous improvement aligned with company values. Foster a positive organizational culture through engagement initiatives and surveys. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring line managers effectively handle recruitment, performance reviews, and career development. Manage compensation and benefits strategies in accordance with company policies and conducting market analysis. Lead training initiatives focused on functional skills and managerial competencies to enhance team capabilities. Encourage collaboration between corporate and cross-functional and business teams to share relevant HR insights. Successful candidates should possess: Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field from renowned universities At least 10 years' Asia regional and/or global HR management experience within sizable multinationals; sourcing or manufacturing industry experience is advantageous Familiarity with employment ordinances and tax regulations across multiple countries within Asia, namely Vietnam, is ideal Charismatic, logical, and structural thinker with efficient, assertive, and humble communication style and excellent presentation skills Agile and independent HR leader with strong initiative and goodwill to contribute to achieving company objectives A strategic mindset combined with excellent leadership and collaboration abilities A proven history of managing change and enhancing HR processes, with strong Excel skills Native in English while fluency in Chinese is a plus Interested individuals can click apply now and send an updated resume (in WORD format) to Kimmie Chan at Kimmie.Chan@connectedgroup.com for further information.
