Compensation & Benefits (Assistant Manager/Manager) - SC Client Description Our client has over 70 years in business, being one of the largest garment operations in the world. They are now urgently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager / Manager to join their expanding team. Job Description Support various regional C&B programs, including HRIS implementation, annual compensation review, salary survey, job evaluation, and staff cost budget. Manage expatriate remuneration packages including package formulation for international assignments, localization proposals, and calculation of income tax withholding. Provide guidance to country HRs on international assignments and up-to-date C&B practices. Consolidate and prepare HR dashboard. Support any other ad-hoc projects as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline. 6-8 years of solid experience in compensation & benefits, preferably with regional experience gained in multi-national companies. Experience in top-tier HCM systems is a plus, e.g., Workday, SAP, and PeopleSoft. Highly competent in MS Excel functions and formulas for data analysis & reporting. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. A good team player, able to work well both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and able to explain complex ideas in a clear manner. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
