The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert on Asia and Greater China equities strategies and be the contact point for all commercial activities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Responsibilities Work closely with portfolio managers by actively participating in investment process discussions with the objective of enhancing product communication materials, including institutional presentation materials and investment strategy content. Support business development and client servicing by preparing training and product-related presentation materials. Participate in sales and client retention initiatives, such as client review meetings, conference calls, and media interviews/seminars. Collaborate with the legal and compliance team to review and obtain approvals on required investment and marketing materials. Assist investment teams in RFP responses. Conduct research and market analysis, track and analyze flows to enhance the team’s commercial awareness. Requirements University graduate with a degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. CFA or further relevant qualifications are highly preferred. At least 10 years of asset management experience, ideally within a product manager/specialist role and with client-facing experience. Demonstrable knowledge and prior experience covering equities strategies with a solid understanding and awareness of financial markets and major developments. Fluency in English and Chinese with the ability to produce high-quality written content and explain complex concepts in understandable terms. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong rapport with internal stakeholders and external clients.
