Operations Manager (Subsidiary GM) Bacha Coffee is expanding to Hong Kong and we are looking to hire an Operations Manager. Reporting to the Company headquarters in Singapore, this position is responsible to manage and oversee all aspects of the luxury business in accordance with directions and visions from the Singapore Headquarters, including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee development within the Company’s standards. Responsibilities Formulate business strategies and execute the brand planning and programs to maximize business growth and brand equity in retail and food & beverages. Monitor the company's sales and revenue for long term business development. Undertake market and business analysis to understand the competition landscape. Formulate, communicate and implement the merchandising plan covering the product mix, marketing and distribution to achieve the target revenue as well as the brand value proposition. Direct PR and marketing campaigns effectively to achieve maximum returns. Develop, monitor, review and report on all sales and marketing activities and results. Provide leadership and vision to all functions within the organization including Coffee Room and Boutiques, Corporate Business, PR & Marketing, Finance, HR, Warehouse and Central Kitchen. Liaise with all landlords of luxury malls for brand & store development. Work closely with relevant departments at Singapore HQ on all matters concerning the company. Requirements Very strong communication skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English. Minimum degree holder in Business, Marketing or related discipline. Experience in the F&B industry, ideally within the luxury hotels/goods sector. International Sales or Business Development Experience is an added advantage. Experience in B2B and B2C. A minimum of 10 years relevant experience. Ability to build strong business rapport at all levels. Strong leadership, organizational, management and analytical skills.
