Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Prepare credit facility letter and security documents for both corporate banking clients and private banking clients that comply with credit approval. Review standard and non-standard loan documents covering bilateral and syndication loans to ensure the conditions precedent are duly completed. Review and process limit dispatch, collateral maintenance, and loan drawdown. Provide administrative support and excel reports and arrange timely and accurate submission of returns and reports to regulators and head office. Support administrative tasks, including but not limited to credit filing and UAT. Perform other ad hoc projects or assignments. Job Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines, preferably with relevant qualifications in law and legal areas. At least 5 years' relevant experience in corporate banking as well as private banking. Good knowledge of legal requirements for implementing terms and conditions of credit facility documents. Diverse range of credit-related skills in credit analysis, credit approval, credit documentation, and policy skills. Sound knowledge of different types of lending and credit documentation. Able to work independently and resolve conflicts. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
