The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end HR process for frontline positions. He/she is expected to work closely with different departments to understand their business needs and conduct interviews. Responsibilities: Support employees' full life cycle and be the HR focal point to dedicated business units. Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, prepare and place recruitment ads, prescreen applications, conduct interviews according to defined standards, etc. Build and maintain a close relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration. Work closely with the entire HR team to implement the company's objectives and programs. Prepare various HR reports and analyses for management review. Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned. Requirements: University graduate in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management is preferred. At least 3 years of relevant HR working experience in a sizable organization. Proactive and detail-minded with strong communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under tight timelines. Has a growth mindset with a flexible can-do attitude. Strong communication and writing skills in English and Chinese. Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations in Hong Kong. Proficient in MS Office; SAP system usage is a plus. Please submit your resume with
