Job Description
• Lead Software Development team of enterprise solution, designing and delivering mission critical projects and developing emerging technologies like AI and video analytic, and managing the day to day activities. Job Requirements
Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines. Minimum 6 years’ working experience in managing software development team. Experience in contact center system technologies, voice and SIP technologies, and knowledge in emerging technologies will be an advantage. Experience in hands-on programming, system design and system implementation. Experience in full software development lifecycle from design to deployment, understanding best practices, trends in software development and proven records in delivering mega projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
