Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve search engine visibility across various platforms. Conduct thorough website audits and keyword research to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Implement on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, header optimization, and content improvements to enhance user experience. Oversee the development and execution of off-page SEO initiatives, including backlink strategies and outreach programs. Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance metrics to track SEO progress and derive insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user engagement. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to keep the company's strategies relevant and effective. Train and mentor team members on SEO techniques and strategies to elevate the overall skill set within the team. Develop and manage local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in targeted markets. Build and maintain relationships with webmasters and industry influencers to facilitate partnerships that benefit SEO initiatives. Requirements We are looking for someone with: A minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic search growth. Deep knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization strategies. Experience in technical SEO, including site architecture, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and site speed optimization. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus. Proven ability to stay updated on industry trends and apply them to enhance SEO strategies. Experience in the dental, healthtech, or medical sector is a bonus.
