Monthly Management Reporting: Preparation of monthly commercial and management reports in a timely and accurate manner. Support commercial team in business reviews by gathering all financial data and preparing relevant presentation materials in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure maximum usage of available reporting tools such as Fusion, Anaplan, Power BI, etc. to improve reporting efficiency. Continuously strive to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting requirement in line with the business needs by developing new value adding analysis and insights. Monitor monthly performance against plan and forecast, report on major variances and provide suggestions for improvement. Planning and Forecasting: Support on Category and Customer P&L forecasting and analysis as part of the quarterly and annual financial forecasting/planning process. Preparation of P&L item upload material and uploading into Fusion/SAC system in a timely and accurate manner. Support Plan/Forecasting deck in line with global requirements. Controlling and Monitoring: Maintain financial integrity by complying with company policies, SOP and internal controls procedures. Review the financials of new product launches and conduct monthly performance tracking of new products. Ensure the integrity of all trade spend accruals through thorough review, reconciliation and analysis. Lead the item master maintenance process. Business support role to sales team with annual budget, trade spend analysis and monthly rolling forecast and spend analysis. Ad Hoc tasks as required The experience we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in finance accounting or related field from a recognized university. University graduate or minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role. Candidate with experience in the FMCG and consumer healthcare industry will be given priority. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, independent with strong organization and time management skills, can-do attitude and able to work under pressure. Agile, confident and high integrity. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Able to work across functional teams and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders at various levels. Strong analytical skills. Always identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Good command in English and Mandarin. Proficient computer skills MS Office; JDE, SAC and PowerBI experience would be an advantage.
