Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to establish sales goals and budgets of the team Develop sales strategies and direction to lead team members in meeting assigned monthly and annual sales targets Inspire, lead, and motivate team members, ensuring best practice initiatives to deliver excellent customer service Explore all business opportunities to aid market expansion and ensure business growth Perform ad hoc assignments as directed by management Requirements
Degree holder in business administration, finance, or other relevant subjects Minimum of 10 years media sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position Understanding of trends and direct competitors with commercial awareness Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Proficient in MS Office applications Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin We offer a 5-day week with excellent benefits including medical and dental plans to the right candidate.
