Director of Merchandiser

We are seeking an experienced Director of Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in the luggage/trading industry. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with key team members and factories.

• Communicate promptly and decisively with factories to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Provide and receive product briefs, coordinating effectively between our office and manufacturing partners.
• Analyze market trend reports and sales data to engage in strategic product discussions and price negotiations.
• Attend trade shows in Asia and abroad to stay abreast of industry developments and trends.
• Coordinate sourcing discussions and follow up on new factory engagements.

• 5-10 years of experience in the luggage or trading industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and partners.

• Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (Mon-Fri)
• Salary: 13 months' salary
• Annual Leave: 12 days
